Moeed Pirzada argues that any such agreement between the Government of Pakistan and Facebook must be made public, presented to Parliament for parliamentary assent should be available for judicial scrutiny to determine if it meets the standards of due process of law as guaranteed in the constitution of Pakistan and enshrined in the universal declaration of human rights and chartered of united nations.
