US Rep Tom MacArthur faced protesters and a hostile crowd at his town hall in Willingboro, New Jersey, on Wednesday, May 10.

The New Jersey congressman faced questions about the American Health Care Act, which Republicans passed through the House of Representatives last week. MacArthur’s answers were met with boos and shouting for the first portion of the town hall, which lasted five hours, according to a report.

Two New Jersey high school students were among those who asked questions about health care and other issues. In this footage, Daisy Confoy asks MacArthur if rape is considered a pre-existing condition under the AHCA and continued to grill him as he attempted to answer. Joey Zetkulic, one of Confoy’s classmate, asked the same question first. The crowd clapped and cheered both students for their questions and booed MacArthur for his answers.

Protesters also gathered outside the building where the town hall was held.
