Shih is an Assassin with very high mobility with 2 gap closers/escapes. Born into a life of piracy to notorious parents, Shih quickly arose to become a legendary pirate and rebel icon in her own right. After evading the Synarch for years, she was betrayed by her second-in-command, captured, and brought to the Dead End prison.
