WWII Bomb Discovery Causes 50,000 to be Evacuated in Hanover

The discovery of several bombs dating to the Second World War in Hanover caused the evacuation of some 50,000 people on May 7. Authorities ordered the evacuations to allow the second-largest operation of its kind in Germany to take place.
