Astana talks: Guarantor states agree on Syria 'de-escalation' zones

The latest round of talks to resolve Syria's six year-long conflict have ended with an agreement to create 'de-escalation' zones to allow for humanitarian access.
The guarantor states - Iran, Russia, and Turkey - signed the deal in Kazakhstan.
