When the Justice Department said it will not charge Baton Rouge officers in the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling, demonstrators staged a protest outside the convenience store where he was killed. Sterling's aunt, Sandra Sterling, said the decision brought back the pain she felt on the first day of Alton Sterling's death.
