Hillary Clinton said in a new interview that, if not for a controversial letter from FBI Director James Comey and Russian interference in the election, she would have been elected President of the United States. She told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour at a Women for Women International event. The former secretary of state said that while she took "absolute personal responsibility" for her defeat, "a combination of Jim Comey's letter on October 28 and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me and got scared off."
