¼ c sliced banana, frozen
7 oz (about 1 c) 2% plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp raw almond butter
1 Tbsp molasses
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp cardamom
1 c ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and puree until smooth.
