Fresh ceasefire in RS Pura sector of Jammu and Kashmir has killed 3 civilians injuring 16 others. Pakistan Rangers resorted to shelling and firing at 1 a.m. on Friday. The Border Security Force (BSF) troops were retaliating accordingly. There have been 51 violations of the 2003 ceasefire agreement by Pakistan in August and more than 245 violations since the beginning of the year.
