I purchased my first BMW from Budds 2 years ago. The sales staff were excellent, and the overall experience was very positive. Recently I was involved in a mild collision (me vs curb... curb won), as a result I required work done on my vehicle. The service staff, Jen specifically, were outstanding. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire processs, and did not get frustrated with my endless questions. I went in expecting the repair cost to be astronomical, however at the end of the day I was surprised to see it ended up being very reasonable. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealer, in the future I don't think I'll be able to purchase a car anywhere else.
