I was the owner of a Kia sportage and wanted to upgrade to a newer sportage and consequently made an enqiry with 401 Dixie Kia. They returned my call promptly and invited me to visit and assured me of their ability to help. I was greeted in a very pleasant manner and introduced to the salesman Johnny Arcangel who immediately made me feel at ease. Throughout the transaction of inspecting and test driving the vehicle I was interested in Johnny did not put me under any pressure. Instead he detailed all the abilities and vehicle information and answerd all my relevant questions. It was very reassuring that Johnny was there to help me and look after my interest. The final transaction of buying the vehicle and completing all paperwork went very smoothly. Driving away from 401 Dixie Kia in my newly purchased vehicle I felt very satisfied that I had made the right decision. I felt that Johnny was not only a salesman but a good friend. I have Johnny and other relevant staff at Kia to thank. Thank you Johnny and Kia.
