1. Air
In hospital setting, usually we are told that:
Close window because there are many viruses outside.
In fact, there are more viruses inside a room especially when not expose to sunlight and pure air. Sunlight has antibacterial effect.
When you are sick, it is important to inhale fresh air from nature.

2. Sunlight
Mainstream usually told us to use sunblock to protect against sunlight. In reality, the chemicals in sunblock are more dangerous and causes skin cancer. Furthermore, these chemicals make your skin more sensitive to sunlight and can cause more sunburn or redness on skin.
15-20 minutes sunbathing is good – but only for those who eat vegetables and fruits but DANGEROUS for people who eat high unhealthy fat diet. Sunlight has antibacterial properties. Only sunlight activates vitamin D for healthy bones, teeth and digestion, and not milk by the way.

3. Self- Control
Too much and complicated recipes will stimulate you to overeat. Three kinds of food every meal is enough to satisfy hunger. Just like exposure to sunlight, too much of it would cause sunburn. So, a 15-20 exposure under the sun would bring lots of benefits.

4. Rest
For some people, they sleep at 2am-10am and that is still 8 hours of sleep. But if you sleep 10pm-6am, still 8 hours but has greater benefits. The body’s healing process begins before 12 midnight. As a result, you feel more energetic and rejuvenated the next morning.

5. Exercise
Nowadays, most people go to an extensive exercise like going to the gym for weight loss. Little we notice, that exercising in a closed space would hinder clean dep breathing. The real science is that with brisk walking outside stimulates deep breathing and thus purifies every cell in our body.

6. Nutrition
The vitality of Vitamin C is lost when it’s more processed and expose to air. The real science is when you eat RAW orange fruit, you get all the nutrients you need. The vitamin C is intact.

7. Water
There are so many theories about which is the right water to drink. It is very simple. It means that turmeric, alkaline and mineral spring water are not really needed in our body. The real water is when you drink DISTILLED water. It’s fluoride free, chlorine free and prevents atherosclerosis.

8. Trust in God
A vegan doesn’t mean, you rely your life to it. Remember that, these foods are just instruments to make you close to Him.
