Considering Emma Stone is so good on screen that she's won an academy award, she's good enough of an actress where she can mask her crippling anxiety.
Now, the actress is using her platform to campaign with the Child Mind Institute to bring awareness to her struggle.
People magazine reports that Stone is speaking out about anxiety, saying "it's always been something that I've lived with and it flares up in big ways at different times in my life."
It may have even prevented the La La Land star of pursuing her dreams.
People magazine reports that Stone says, "I truly, as a kid, did not think I would ever be able to move away from home or be away from the people I had separation anxiety with."
Thankfully, Stone has found the tools to help her and now she's working to help others find their methods to overcome anxiety too.
We're also sure her parents are glad she's not living in their basement.
