Check out arguably the top player in the 2013 class, 6'7" Jabari Parker out of Chicago, Ill. During our visit to Chicago for the McDonald's All American game last year, the locals wouldn't stop talking about this then 10th grader and how he was already the best player in the nation. We wouldn't go as far as that. Yet. But Jabari has all the tools needed to eventually be the best player in the nation by the time he's a senior.
