External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is preparing to travel to Pakistan to attend an international conference on Afghanistan. The visit of Swaraj,comes just a day after India and Pakistan on Sunday quietly resumed their stalled dialogue in Thailand's capital Bangkok.
