Russian diplomat booked for assaulting a Delhi Police cop

A Russian diplomat allegedly tried to attack a policeman after an accident with a biker in south Delhi in the early hours today. A FIR has been filed against the diplomat under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including for rash driving.
