Fearing a threat to Chhota Rajan's life if he is taken to Mumbai, a Delhi court has directed the CBI to urge the Maharashtra government to arrange the trial of the J Dey murder case through videoconferencing from Tihar Jail. In his plea, the Tihar Jail superintendent said that a warrant was issued by the MCOCA court in Mumbai to produce Rajan before it on Thursday.
