Afghanistan: Car carrying explosives seized near Indian consulate in Herat

A car carring explosvies was found near the Indian consulate in Herat in Afghanistan. One person has been arrested by the local authorites,confirmed Amar Sinha Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan.
