After his hard crash two weeks prior at the 29 Palms BIG 6 GP, Robby came into the sixth round of the 2017 WORCS series with some lingering injuries to his ribs and back and was looking to simply finish to get championship points. After running as high as fourth, Robby bent his chain guide on a nasty, embedded rock, to the point that the chain would continuously derail and caused him to withdraw from the race.
