Bizarre footage of martial artists in China swinging heavy wooden boxes from their private parts in the belief that the practice helps them treat diseases and makes them stronger.
The video, filmed in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on April 8, shows the group of "kung-fu" trainees dangling the boxes and swinging them backwards and forwards.
This form of kung-fu is reportedly known as Damo Yijin Xisuigong, and does include many less extreme methods of strength and conditioning work.
