The footage, captured in Fengjie County, Chongqing on April 16, shows pieces of the steel canopy ripped off by the storm.
The speed of the wind was reportedly 21.6m/s and other public facilities were damaged severely.
The meteorological department has issued the blue warning for the rainstorm.
