Hoversurf Scorpion: Russia develops potentially dangerous personal ‘hoverbike’

A Russian company called Hoversurf have announced they have created a single-seater vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) quadcopter drone. Stirred with two gaming-style joysticks, the bike can reportedly fly 30 mph and up to 27 minutes.
