Sports bras are soft and stretch to accommodate your newly enlarged breast comfortably.
Providing a support bra is essential for you to recover successfully after surgery. There will be pain that may be caused by the pressure of the implant on the tissue itself. By providing support to your breast, the pain will be less. It is important that you wear a proper support bra, because when your breast volume increases, the breast tissues stretch and put tension on the incision. A support bra can protect the integrity of the incision. Also, while your skin stretches to accommodate the newly enhanced breast, your breast will be in constant tension. A support bra will allow the breast to settle gradually in the right place.
During the first month after any breast augmentation surgery, it is highly recommended to use a sports bra. The sports bra will be essential for you to have a good recovery after a breast augmentation.
