Uma Thurman’s looking pretty pulpy! The “Kill Bill” star’s formerly fit figure has sprouted an unsightly middle-aged paunch. The 46-year-old blond beauty was spotted frolicking in France, wearing slightly more than a smile.
Still, it’s a big improvement over the shot we snapped a few weeks ago at the end of a two-year custody battle with ex Arpad Busson over the fate of their 4-year-old daughter, Luna. Uma was granted primary custody.
