Fire that broke out in a residential area in Alabang, Muntinlupa City caused an NCGP tower to lean on one side. High-tension power cables fell on the Alabang viaduct main carriageway, causing heavy traffic as motorists are barred to pass. (BFP-Muntinlupa/Supt. Gilbert Dolot)
