The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office in Texas released video on Tuesday, April 18, showing three people setting fire to a vehicle and a home in Spring, a northern suburb of Houston, and appealed to the public for information.
Police said the incident occurred at around 2:45 am on Sunday at the 2300 block of Kolby Way, and that the three suspected arsonists seen in the footage left in a dark-colored vehicle. They said a white SUV seen in the video was also suspected of being involved. Crime Stoppers has offered $5,000 for information leading to felony charges or an arrest of the suspects, police said.
