President Trump signed his "Buy American, Hire American" executive order at a factory in Kenosha, Wis., on April 18. He railed on NAFTA and the outsourcing of U.S. jobs and promised to "make sure that more products are stamped with those wonderful words: 'Made in the USA.'"
