Recovering Koala Learns to Walk Again

Ten days after a chiropractic and acupuncture session that left Heather the koala grumpy and sore, the elderly marsupial looked like a new animal, up and walking with seemingly no pain.

Heather came into the shelter’s care in March and was unable to walk, hence the unusual medical procedures.
