Pence warns North Korea 'era of strategic patience is over'
US Vice President Mike Pence has dealt a strong message to North Korea, saying the era of strategic patience is over and the US is not afraid to strike.
Pence is in Seoul, the first stop of a four nation Asia-Pacific tour.
Pence was given a first-hand view of the standoff on the Korean border.
