Per an official press release, it has been officially announced that all eight of the original Harry Potter films will be screened domestically in IMAX 2D theater locations across the country as part of a one-week engagement starting October 13 – leading up to and in celebration of the release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.The IMAX re-release of the first eight Harry Potter movies will include exclusive in-person appearances from the crew of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them at two locations in London and Los Angeles, and all screenings will include exclusive filmed content from the new movie – including specially recorded messages from star Eddie Redmayne and the rest of the cast.
