Five years before the events of Symphony of the Night, the dark priest Shaft uses a blasphemous rite to resurrect Dracula. The descendant of Simon and Juste Belmont, Richter, joins forces with Maria Renard, a girl with magical powers. The two vampire hunters set out to put an end to Dracula along with freeing the women Dracula's forces kidnapped from their town, which includes Richter's lovely fiance Annette.
This is my second playthrough - I'll go down different routes and will rescue every kidnapped maiden. We're going to have no maiden left behind. I've been gradually improving as I play, and I took far less time to get through the bosses in this stage.
