To start Dirty Work, you must talk to this man. He's next to the bodies of a woman and a man, and he'll appear to be injured. He'll tell you that three privateers killed his family, and although he tried to fend them off, he was unable to do so. You then set off to kill all three men responsible.
Eliminate the first privateer.
Eliminate the second privateer.
Eliminate the last privateer.
Return to Joseph.
After leaving the house, you'll see an ATV that you can use to get to the next location. Hop on it if you want, but remember to get off before getting too close to the camp so you don't set off any alarms. The first privateer isn't very far away, just through the forest.
Once you get there, use your camera or your scope to track all of the guards. You'll notice that when you do this to your target, a yellow-starlike emblem will appear above his head. It is strongly recomended that you do this to all 3 targets, it makes it much easier to track their movements. There is not a large number of enemies at this camp, but there is a heavy who might be hidden from your point of view. Either take them out, or quickly shoot the target and leave. After that, make your way to the next target location.
The next target will be on a boat near a bridge; for this kill, it is highly suggested that you have a sniper rifle of some sort. The area around the bridge is flat and easy to be spotted in, so it's nice if you can just perform the kill at a distance and head up to the next target.
A little farther up the hill is the next target. He will be will a decent number of guards in front of one of the bar areas. He will be patroling however, so tag him early and wait for the opportune moment. However, if you have no problem killing all of the enemies, there are several good moments where they are standing close together-- a perfect time to take several out with one shot. Once you've killed the target, make your way back to Joseph and tell him about what you have done in order to complete the mission.
