This robot is Tarzan, king of the…crops?Georgia Tech’s Tarzan robot is based on the energy-efficient movement of a sloth. It gets around by swinging on a cable and is designed to move above crops, taking pictures of each plant. The robot eliminates the tedious work of manually checking on each plant, with the photos providing real-time information on what crops need.
