This was the chaotic scene in Hollywood of Tyga got hauled away by cops after leaving Avenue Nightclub.
And he says it was because he was driving around on paper plates.
The police confirmed to Entrainment Tonight that that’s why he was stopped. But they due to the large number of paparazzi in the area, they wanted to conduct a field sobriety test back at the station. So they loaded him into the back of the cruiser, transported him, and he took and passed the test.
He was released and cited for a minor traffic violation.
Just minutes before, we spotted him coming out of the Hollywood hot spot and he was eager to show off his new purchase to the cameras.

And when he got on the road… it all went down hill from there.
At least it was nothing serious.
