UN warns of mass starvation risk in four countries

The UN's refugee agency is warning of mass deaths from starvation across the Horn of Africa, Nigeria and Yemen.
It's raising the alarm due to a severe funding shortfall, that they say will bring on an unavoidable humanitarian crisis.
