This is a politically motivated incident, instead of going to the Valpoi Municipal Garden and celebrating their so called shivaji a Maharashtrian, they came and illegally put up a s mall statue on a heritage site. Next they stoned the house of a local muslim Rahmat Shaikh without any motive. Valpoi police failed in taking action against this illegal move. Superintendent of Police Karthik Kashyap declared publicly that he was a supporter of such illegal activity, a law breaker himself has to be punished either by first suspending or dismissing him. Law has been broken by police!
