Activists in the opposition-held East Ghouta district of the Damascus countryside said more than 70 air raids and artillery strikes took place across the area on April 3, leading to deaths and injuries in Jisreen, Zamalka, Saqba and Kafr Batuna.
In Jisreen, the town’s only medical center was severely damaged and deemed temporarily nonfunctional, according to the town’s local media center.
