Healthcare sector in India is a fast growing sector. The overall Indian healthcare market today is worth US$ 100 billion and is expected to grow to US$ 280 billion by 2020, a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 22.9 per cent. Healthcare delivery, which includes hospitals, nursing homes and diagnostics centres, and pharmaceuticals, constitutes 65 per cent of the overall market.
In India healthcare sector is fragmented. There is no centralised mechanism. If a person wants any kind of treatment for e.g. Kidney transplantation then he has to search the hospitals , packages at his own level without any guideline or help. There are huge differences in surgery packages and facilities offered. Peoples in India are suffering a lot due to this.
Rehmus is a web portal which will provide comparative data of hospitals, surgery packages, bed charges etc. with online registration and booking platform. In India average population belongs to below poverty line or in middleclass where money matters a lot. With the help of Rehmus customers search and book the best and cheap healthcare packages for them. It will cover near about 10000 Super specialty, specialty and general hospital across all over India. It is a unique platform and we will cover almost all surgery and treatment types available in India. The data occurrence will be on state then district and then city basis. With our unique search and compare platform users can compare and choose the best one for them.
Reason for the project
It is a big market and right now no competitor exist in this segment. In India the population is in around 130 crore and every person in his lifetime at least one time required medical help. If we will cover 1 % of India`s population then we will easily earn good profit. Helathcare is required by almost all the peoples and cheap medical facilities will matters a lot for average Indian peoples.
It is a unique concept and inshallah it will be a great success.
Profit earning by this project is easier because once we will have real time data then customers surely attract towards it.
It will be easier for customers to search and book the packages.
It is a social service also because if a poor patient saves amount with our comparative web portal then it matters a lot to him and for us also.
In a family suppose the earning person have an injury then it will be very difficult for a family to survive. With our help they will reduce burden on them and it is real teachings of Islam also.
How much money required for this project?
Depending on budget we have 2 plans at this stage.
We will start this project on a small scale. We will cover Madhya Pradesh (a state of India). All the hospitals and cities will cover in it. As soon as our business will grow we will increase states and hospitals.
For this we required INR 1500000.
We will start this project in all over India. Almost all states and district will be covered under this. This plan required increased manpower and money.
For this we required INR 1 crore.
Major areas of Investment
On Human resource: For our project we required a good team. We required man power for central office, Relationship managers which will deal with the hospitals. Their salaries, DA, TA and other allowances at initial stage we have to pay them.
On software and apps development: A strong web portal with an app will be required for it. We are trying that our web portal and app will be the best for that we required money
Since it is a unique concept at Initial stages marketing of portal is essential and for that hoardings in major cities and areas, leaflets and newspaper advertisements etc. are required for it. Marketing is required strong budget.
