Our buyer in Spain "Industrial Marin Textile SL" purchased Polyester DTY 150/48 SD HIM (1x40HC) from Jinan Xiangfeng Chemical Fiber Company Ltd. The container arrived on 22nd Feb and it had no yarn but only few bags of trash. It was immediately notified to Xiangfeng. Documents from Maersk Shiiping Lines were also endorsed at the site declaring the actual goods received. Survey was conducted and report sent to Xiangfeng. The Insurance Copany representatives also visited and sent there report to Xiangfeng as this was a CIF order nd insurance was arranged by Xiangfeng. Initially they were in contact and also agreed to send new container before 25th March. From 22nd March they went underground. Emails have not been replied since. The contact person Ms. Sylvia is not attending her mobile phone and also landline listed on website is bogus. Our friends in China also could not reach them. Xiangfeng intentions are very clear. They received payment from buyer (approx USD 29,000) and also want to pocket the insurance claim. Any suggestion on how to get the refund will be greatly appreciated.
