Chicago police arrest 'first of several' allegedly involved in sexual assault on Facebook Live

A 14-year-old in Chicago has been arrested and charged for participating in the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl that was broadcast on Facebook Live. Police say more arrests are expected.
