Serbs in Kosovo voted on Sunday, April 2, to elect a new president. Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, a former ultranationalist who now says he is pro-European Union, is expected to win the vote but must reach 50 percent to avoid an April 16 run-off.
Opposition candidates have accused Vucic, who was endorsed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, of intimidating voters, charges he denies.
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) opened four ballot collection centers and polling stations for Serbs in Kosovo.
