Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare - 4K Gameplay with Bots (Sabotage on Bog)

Just tried playing Modern Warfare 1 with bots and 4k (Nvidia DSR). Works OK, although seems to be quite laggy, but I think it's caused by the bots.
