My irrigation system was installed about 4 years ago. Recently I somehow created a programming issue where zone 1 was the only zone that worked. I finally called Mr. Sanchez. He came over and within minutes the sprinkler system was operating properly. It was a simple issue, but he took the time to show me how to set the sprinkler controls and made sure it was reprogrammed properly. Customer service without judgment is what he provided even though I had him come out for something that I should have been able to figure out for myself. I am a Sanchez Irrigation fan for life!
