The Pakistani government has requested the help of Facebook and other social media sites in order to reduce the amount of “blasphemous content” online.
This is a horrible idea that needs to be fought tooth and nail to ensure it doesn’t succeed.
Once Facebook is allowed to release the personal information & workings of its users, it’s acquired far too much power than it can morally maintain without sacrificing the “bad apples” which they will ALSO have the sole authority to determine who or what.
