Diver pushes curious shark away with GoPro

Eight large reef sharks appeared and circled a group of divers at the end of their dive. The sharks were curious and starting to become aggressive. They made several passes, drawing closer until one large shark actually came up under the diver and bumped his snout into the diver's groin. He had his camera recording and you can see the shark fill the screen as he uses the camera to push the shark away. Undeterred, the shark made several more attempts to come in close. Turning to face the shark and remaining vertical discouraged it from making further contact. Bumping people can be merely curiosity, but it can also be an indication of feeding behavior. Although rarely dangerous to humans, close encounters such as this one can be very alarming.
