Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) grilled Judge Neil Gorsuch on March 22, about his work during the Bush administration on issues involving enhanced interrogation of suspected terrorist detainees. Gorsuch portrayed himself as an adviser, and Feinstein responded that, "people who advise have the obligation to find the truth in these situations."
