How to manufacture led bulbs diffusser.
The LED bulb cover is normally produced with polycarbonate. Due to the construction of the light diffuser, it will need to steps to injection and blow it out. So Powerjet develop a dedicated one-step injection blow molding machine for this project. For now it can be produce in 8 cavities. That means up to 2000 pcs per hour.
