UK's Boris Johnson: 'Attack on London is an attack on the world'

Britain's Foreign Minister Boris Johnson says "an attack on London is an attack on the world", after the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack on Britain's parliament that left three people dead and dozens more injured.
