Mosley Boxing with your students! I believe this is not only a great way to get your client "comfortable" with an opponent in front of them, but it's also a great way to get your own workout in for the day! Check this out! We are not sparring to intensely, but we are working on basic skills. For the most part we are working on boxing timing. Timing is knowing WHEN to throw a punch. It's best to throw when your fighting opponent throw his or her punches......You want to try to throw in between their punches!
