Mosley Boxing ask... Do you want to burn body fat fast; while at the same time learn some self defense? Boxing and cardio boxing are great exercises for achieving all of the above!

I really recommend a "chaotic" workout such as (Light sparring); it's even harder and more intense that doing boxing focus mitts. Check this video out! I'm the big black guy sparring with my female student. Oh, and don't let her being a girl and smaller than me fool you....Shes pretty damn tough!
